Since vs After

Since 와 After는 둘다 "~이후로" 라는 뜻을 가지고 있다.

둘다 전치사, 접속사로 쓰인다.

전치사란 뒤에 바로 명사가 온다는 뜻이고 접속사란 뒤에 주어+동사가 온다는 뜻이다.

Since가 ~ 이후로 쭉~~ 연결된 채 어떤일이 있었다는 뜻이라면

After는 어떤 일 후에 한번 혹은 여러번 각기 떨어져서 상황이 있었던 걸 의미한다.

Since 는 "~한 이후로 쭉" 이라는 뜻임으로 전체의 시제는 반드시 have P.P("~해왔다"의 의미로)를 써야하고 Since 절 안에는 과거형을 써야 한다.
